A major international beverage company engages Eolas International to constantly
measure the quality of its beverage products using the Eolas International trained sensory
research panel. The client outsourced this process having struggled to maintain committed
panelists internally.
Eolas International uses its sensory group of 30 trained experts to sit in daily panels and
assess the sensory qualities of the client’s beverage products. Results of the daily panels
are fed directly into the client's IT system from the Eolas International laboratory. Eolas
International provides Sensory Panel Leaders and works with the client to maintain panel
efficiency.
The client uses the sensory data to promote quality improvement programmes across its
worldwide bottling plants and follow-up testing is carried out where issues are detected.
