An international beverages manufacturer engages Eolas International to measure the
quality of each batch of powdered kits produced for international co-packers. On a daily
basis production samples are sent to Eolas International Laboratories for reconstitution
and batch approval testing that includes pH, visual haze, turbidity, colour and
flavour/taste to ensure all production batches are within specification.
Eolas International uses its own in-house laboratory facilities to carry out daily testing
on up to 40 different production batches each day. Testing is carried out from 7am until
3pm and results are made available immediately following testing through a web-based
shared portal that allows the client to make immediate decisions on pass/fail of
production batches prior to shipping to international co-packers.
The client has used Eolas International to outsource its laboratory testing and reduce
internal headcount. Eolas International provides an extremely efficient and professional
service which has resulted in major cost and time savings in the overall production
batch approval process.
