A UCC Food Science and Technology graduate, Sharon also holds a Postgrad in Digital Leadership and Transformation from TU Dublin and a Diploma in Packaging from the Institute of Packaging in the UK.
Before joining Eolas in 2023, Sharon spent 23 years in FMCG space throughout Ireland and UK, before recently being part of the initial team of an Irish SaaS start-up.
During that time she has held various roles in R&D, Project Management, Procurement, Sales and Account Management. Her focus now will be on Business Development and Account Management in the Healthcare division as Eolas expands in this area.
